Throughout an eclectic career, which has spanned leadership training, law enforcement, and the corporate technology worlds, I have always been passionate about helping people reach their full potential. But we can only seize on our potential if we take a holistic view of our own development: Mind, Body, Energy, and Spirit.
My approach combines cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and traditional coaching to help clients overcome their challenges. Central to how I approach helping my clients move through their personal journey in the most efficient and transformative way possible are two important principles.
Education: Clients who understand how their challenges work in the mind and the body will usually have a more beneficial experience. Techniques and exercises make more sense when practiced in context.
Be your own therapist: My aim is to give my clients the tools and techniques which they can apply for themselves, without having to rely on a therapist long term.
Successful therapy is a partnership. Whilst I can guide you through processes and techniques, it requires an open mind and commitment on behalf of the client. I am certain however that together we can achieve a real, long-lasting and positive impact for you.
