Blending science and philosophy, our stress management programme is rooted in practicality and designed to expand your awareness while introducing you to simple, yet profound practices and tools for approaching life with greater ease and optimism. The programme will introduce you to classical meditation practice, yoga breathing, self-hypnosis, and exercises to develop deep relaxation and stress reduction.

 

This in-person one-to-one programme will be delivered in three weekly one-hour blocks.

Immediate Access

This 3-part programme will introduce you to classical meditation practice, yoga breathing, self-hypnosis, and exercises to develop deep relaxation and stress reduction. Each week includes a bit of theory, lots of practice, and finishes with a guided exercise.

1 to 1 Stress Management Coaching
£45/hour

Individual or series of coaching sessions aimed at deepening your stress management and relaxation practice. Discuss your specific questions, concerns, and objectives, and be guided through exercises tailored to your desired intention. 

These 1 hour sessions can be delivered face to face or online.
